Cancelation

You may cancel any order before delivery is made or within 2 working days of placing the order. We regret you cannot cancel an order after shipment is made.

Returns / Refunds

Unfortunately, due to the bespoke nature of customised putters, we are unable to offer refunds for putters unless they are faulty or not as described.

Store products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to return store products, please contact us at orders@bertieboucher.co.uk or or visit our contact page and fill out the form. A shipping label will be provided to return the goods. Once goods are in receipt of us, we will aim to refund you in 5 working days.

Delivery

All customised putters are manufactured after order and payment has been received. Delivery times may vary but we will aim to have the putter delivered within 10 working days. If for any reason there is a delay we will be in contact with yourselves.

All customised putters will not incur a delivery charge. We regret that we are unable to accept shipping addresses outside of the UK.
